We strive to provide the best possible products to our customers. However, if at the time of shipment delivery, you feel unsatisfied, please check our policies below for a resolution.
ACCEPTABLE REASONS TO CLAIM A RETURN/EXCHANGE
(to be brought to our notice within 24 HOURS of shipment delivery with an image or an unboxing video)
Manufacturing defect
Damage in dispatch/transit or while delivering
Wrong proportions
Incorrect design
Missing design/piece
The customer can get in touch with our team over Whatsapp, emails to inform us about the above and after we confirm, the defective piece should be sent to our warehouse (with intact packaging/tags) where the shipping charges are borne by the customer. Our team shall dispatch a new, intact piece after a QC .
Any other reasons such as tarnishing of the piece, size issues in rings/bracelets/anklets/earrings , perceived colour differences, customer not liking the design, delays in delivery shall not be entertained.
We encourage the customers to review product descriptions, images and care instructions carefully before making a purchase
We at no given point of time, accept order cancellations, provide a store credit or a refund for your order.
