Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At Nakshatra Silver, all our jewelry pieces are crafted with precision and careful attention to quality. We strive to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience while maintaining complete transparency with our customers. Product images are displayed as accurately as possible; however, slight variations in color, finish, or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen display settings.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, confirmed, and dispatched from our end, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. Customers are requested to review product details, dimensions, and specifications carefully before completing their purchase.

Nakshatra Silver reserves the right to cancel any order, either partially or completely, if a product is unavailable, cannot be remade, or due to unforeseen inventory limitations. In such cases, the customer will be informed accordingly.

Return & Exchange Policy

We follow a strict 1-day return policy. Any issue regarding the order must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear images or an unboxing video for verification purposes. Requests made beyond this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Return or exchange requests will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing defect
  • Damaged product received during transit
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Missing item in the package

Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. Any item showing signs of usage, damage, alteration, scratches, or tampering will not qualify for return or exchange.

The following situations will not be considered valid reasons for return or exchange:

  • Natural tarnishing or oxidization of silver over time
  • Minor variations in color, polish, texture, or finish
  • Size, weight, or appearance expectations differing from personal preference
  • Dislike of the product after purchase
  • Slight variations in handcrafted designs
  • Delay caused by courier or logistics partners
  • Missing hallmark/stamp in designs where stamping is not feasible due to size or design limitations

Customized, personalized, sale, or promotional items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in cases where:

  • The ordered product is unavailable and cannot be remade
  • The shipment is lost in transit
  • A replacement product is unavailable after approval of a valid return request

Refunds, once approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after successful quality inspection. Shipping charges and convenience fees, if any, are non-refundable.

No Warranty & After-Sales Services

Nakshatra Silver does not provide warranty, repolishing, repair, replacement, resizing, or modification services after purchase. Silver is naturally prone to tarnishing depending on environmental conditions, moisture, perfumes, chemicals, and individual skin types. Customers are advised to handle and store jewelry carefully to maintain its finish and longevity.
